Three detached blocks of flats are connected with and embedded in the landscape by means of staggered parking levels, terraces and terrain walls. The blocks of flats are placed free of existing housing and on the southernmost part of the site, having the greatest possible distance between them and no view inside from each other or from the two non-residential buildings lying behind them.

The principle behind the blocks of flats ensures contact with the landscape from all the residences and limits at the same time the number of staircases and lifts, entailing that the projects funds are spent on high quality residence square metres.

Each storey of each house has two residences, mutually staggered longitudinally. Thus, all the residences have an unobstructed view and balconies facing all four corners of the world, permitting you to follow the course of the sun all day long.
